ESS Mobility Systems has defined its two flagship platforms.
IPOS, the Intelligent Paratransit Operating System, covers ADA eligibility, reservations, scheduling intelligence, trip performance, complaints and incidents, contractor oversight, compliance intelligence, FTA and NTD reporting, and executive command views.
UTMS, the Unified Transportation Management System, spans fixed route, paratransit, rail, rural, microtransit and NEMT, with planning, scheduling, assignment, dispatch, exception handling and bounded optimization.
